We execute our services in three different engagement models and it is left to you to choose the method that best suits your business needs.

Outsourced Fixed Price Engagement
We estimate the effort required to complete the documentation needs and present a fixed price for the execution of the complete project. Delivery and quality will be the complete responsibility of INFOGLOBE. This is ideal for projects where the scope of the software and deliverables are fixed and are not subject to change. We involve a project manager to oversee the project, deploy a mix of technical writers, and deliver the documentation on the committed time. The resources can be deployed at the client site or at our premises, based on the urgency of the project.

Outsourced T & M Engagement
The client is billed based on our total effort and the number of resources deployed to complete the documentation. No price estimation will be done initially, this is ideal for projects where the scope of the software and deliverables is not yet fixed and will be in constant flux. The execution of the project will be monitored by a project manager from INFOGLOBE. Quality will be INFOGLOBE’s responsibility, whereas delivery will be a shared responsibility.

Contract Placement
If outsourcing is not an option and you are evaluating one or more resources to be associated with you for a longer duration of time, we can place our resources in your organization on a contract basis. The resources will continue to remain on our payrolls. Delivery and quality will not be our responsibility. This is ideal if you do not wish to use INFOGLOBE’s value-addition in terms of quality and management. Still we would mentor the resource to bring in value to your organization.
